Acorn CG NJ ?

I'm going to Acorn campground in NJ on July 4th weekend. Has anyone stayed there and what is it like?

Seems like a pretty strick place to camp.  Rule #9 in their rules and regulation states:  Campfires must be attended at all times and flames may not exceed the height of one fire ring. Two rings are prohibited.

I've never seen that one before.  Plus if you look in the seasonal rules it says "All campfires must be extinguished between 11pm and 8am."

I enjoy staying at a CG that enforces the rules but that seems a bit much.
