leak @ skylight in Antigua

Noticed a drip coming from skylight which is over the shower in 04 Antigua. Got on roof found no visible "cracks", etc. What would be best way to patch this?  Noticed while on roof white "tape" covering flange and any screw heads, then dark putty looking material covering edge of tape where it meets rubber roof. Any suggestions appreciated, new to hybrids.

Maybe caulk it? That's the only thing I can think of right offhand. Caulk all around it really well from the outside and it will probably take care of any leak that you may have.
