Quote from: SheBantamDee, tell Gary I sympathize and hopes he feels better.  Wonder if it is something we picked up at Bath? Especially since we both came down with it about the same time and these things take something like 5 to 7 days to incubate.

I'm at work living on Dayquil, LOTS of hot tea. and egg drop soup.

Felt better when I went outside after my meeting this morning, back in the AC and coughing again...
I will see tomorow AM how I feel, may just have to buy more dayquill and pick up Willey Farms Irish Potato Salad for the pot luck. It rivals my own american potato salad. Will make camping simple in the little trailer. The big shelter is semi usable, the one bar traightened but it won't take much wind and I cannot fight getting the older heavy one out of the shed, not this trip and I have the small one too.

So Tracy put a question mark for me for the dinner. It may be something ready made if I make it down there.

And here I was looking forward to pot roast (sauteed veggies and meat?) :)

Seriously, sorry to hear you are under the weather...must be something going around--DW came down with something--headache, nausea, just feels bleh.

I'm coming down stag, at least for tonight.  Will see how she feels tomorrow a.m., and will likely have to come home and get her...

See y'all at the pond...

I know this may have been answered somewhere in a Killens thread but, whos site are we having the pot luck at? and around what time?

Is anyone else in the D loop?? Just wondering...
No one else in in D loop.  The sites are listed on the first thread of the regular post about the trip.  I have no idea about where we are having the pot luck.  We need to see what the sites are like and what kind of shelter we will need if it is going to rain.  Those of you that are there can check it out before I get there on Saturday.  As for the time, I think at least one group wanted to go to the fair for the demo derby / monster truck or what ever the show is Saturday night.  So I will pronounce the official time to eat as 1700/5:00 PM.  If I would have car trouble and not be there by then, feel free to start without me.;)

Just got done food shopping (made the mistake of taking the 2 teens shopping and it took 2 hrs - lots of giggles...). Coolers are packed. Clothes are packed. We're off now to K's bball game. See everyone soon.

Nothing is packed, well the trailer still is from last week, no food bought, do still have water, wash is in the washer. I just took some nyquil and am ready for bed. I have dayquill for tomorrow, so I will see how I feel in the AM. All I really have to do is hitch up and put some clothes in, I am not hungry so am only eatting to live. Pleant of places around to get food when I feel better.

have to stop by the RV dealer to get a new bar...he was reluctant to sell me one the other week because I may not have been fully loaded. The Cabin sits too low in the back so I need a bar with less of a rise. turning the one I have would make it too low in the front. they are on Rt 13 so on my way down.

Lord willing, I will see some of you all tomorrow.  I am not contagious, this is an uri caused by allergies and the accummulation of gunk in my pipes...sounds like a malfunctioning engine...same principle I guess...yeah the nyquil is kicking in...night

Hey Killen's Pond gang,

Arrived home safe and sound without the car drama we had comming!  Did'nt want to leave, once the wheather cleared, it was wonderful.  Glad to meet the new campers and hope we get the opportunity to camp with you again.  Heard from Becky that she had a bunk end collaspe but between her and Tracy, they will get that assembled in no time. Hope Diane is feeling better today.  Looking forward to seeing everyone in Sept. at Locust Lake.
