wonderful Customer service experience

Good Morning, Just a thought.  I purchased a Viking Mini Gasser from a friend of a friend, etc.  And have no information about it.  I called the customer service center for Viking and talked to the nicest lady (Connie).  If this is an example of the community I just stepped into. I am even more excited than I was at the thought of camping.!!!!!  I have read many posts and reply's and think I may have found a wonderful new extended family.  THANK YOU all.
