How do you clean the tank out after dumping the black water?  There has to be some magic tool you use, I just don't know what it is.  Please help!!!!

Flush King makes a back wash valve that works real well. I have on 06 Niagra and use it and so far no problems at all.
Hope this link works.

Now that I have a couple of Nagra onwners together, has anyone inquired if the gray water hold tank on the new 07 Niagra's will fit the 06 models ? I asked my dealer and they were going to check into, but it's been a few weeks with no reply. I know it won't hold a lot, but for short weekends it would be nice to have.

Many of the big boys use a few ounces of Dawn dishwashing liquid, instead of the chemicals. When driving around, the sloshing helps clean and break down "stuff". You don't necessarily have to empty your blackwater tank every time you leave the campground. In fact, it might just drain your liquids, leaving solids to dry out and be harder to get out.  :yikes:

We have only had our 2006 Niagara since February.
Our dealer told us to shut off the grey water valve.  Fill the sink with hot soapy water, pull the black water valve and when it is finished emptying pull the grey water to clean the lines.
He also told us to never empty unless the black water tank is full.  That cuts down on anything not getting washed all the way out. So before we empty I always fill the black water tank by just holding down the pedal until the water level reaches the top.
We also only use the toilet in the popup for liquid waste, and use the special RV toilet paper.
So far, we haven't done anything else.
