I have a 2001 Dutchmen Voyager pop up.  The other day our A-frame tongue jack broke.  We are attempting to replace it but having a hard time finding the correct replacement.  The model that we currently have is a BAL that is 5 1/2 inches retracted and rated for 2000 lbs, but it seems the only ones we can find are now 8 inches retracted.

Does anyone have a recommendation for an internet site or local store we could try?

Thanks!
Amy

Did you try Camping World, or your dealer? Where else have you tried?

I'm guessing they updated their product line. I see their present 5 1/2" retracted is now only rated for 1,000 lbs (model #29022). I doubt very seriously if you would ever need a front a-frame jack that would exceed that capacity. On the other hand, if you want to stick to a 2000 lb capacity jack, then their model 29025 is 8" retracted. Once again, I doubt very seriously if that extra 2 1/2" is going to make that much of a difference in ground clearance anyway.

Ah, yes ... decisions, decisions!  Good luck.

The 8" retracted is too long based on how low the trailer rides.  One bump in the road and it would be bent.  May have to try the 1000 pounder.

[I have tried local dealer and Camping world as well as general internet searches.  hard to find the 5 1/2" retracted.
