How to fix an uneven top on Starcraft?

Ive noticed that my top is uneven on my '99 Starcraft Constellation. When its all the way up, the fabric is tight on the tongue side. When its all the way down, the back side hits first (back meaning nearest to the rear bumper), then I have to help the front side down. Its off by about an inch & a half. Also I notice the roof is uneven when I compare it to the top of the door (when its popped up).

Is there an adjustment underneath that I can get to? Or is this something that I would have to take it to an RV shop to repair? Im very mechanical but Ive never seen the internal workings of a pop-up before, so I have no idea how it works.

Email Starcraft with the year/model/SN of your trailer and ask for the adjustment procedure for the lifting cables. It's pretty common for cables to stretch and need adjustment to get the roof back level and the door and canvas to fit correctly when the roof is up.
