This link is from the World Kitchen, LLC website. It states that World Kitchen, LLC ownes the Corelle line of products, but Corning Glass in Corning NY still manufactures Corelle. We visited here while at the Eastern Ralley last year. If the truth was known I bet Corning Glass ownes World Kitchen, LLC, because the name Corelle is licenced from Corning Glass.

Corning, Inc. sold off their entire Consumer Products division some years ago along with all the registered trademarks and names including Corelle.  It created quite a stir in Corning when it happened, as Consumer Products was the most visible of all their divisions.  Quite a few here were quite upset with the whole thing.  Corelle was manufactured after the sale in the same plant which is in Corning, but even that has changed.  I believe the Pressware Plant is closed now and is supposed to be demolished.  I don't know what has happened to World Kitchen and the current manufacturing of Corelle.

BTW, the Corelle webpage shows a 3 year warranty.  The will replace any piece that chips, cracks or breaks in that period of time.
