Newbies in Sant Maria

Hi, My wife and I have just recently picked up a '93 Coleman Destiny.  We live in The Santa Maria Area and need to get our n2us camper ready.  Need to get some curtains made for the big picture windows as there are not any there right now.  Been looking around the boards for the past couple of weeks, and searched for ideas.  It seems that using buttons sewn on the new fabric is a real cost saving and convenient way to go.
Need to do other things to pup as well.  Go over the lift system and check for lubrication and wheel bearings, etc.
So if some of you camp up near Pismo Beach or there abouts, we may be able to  hopefully use our pup after Memorial Day Weekend.
We have commitments on our weekends until after then.

Welcome to PUT and Scampers.  Check out the "rally forum" section on this site (sorry I don't know how to post the link) but there is a rally planned at Flying Flags RV resort in Buiellton for the weekend of June 22-25.  This is a large get together where 20 or more families get together and camp , eat,  laugh and sit around a campfire together, .  

This is a great group of people who share one common bond.  We love to camp.  Even our kids have formed a bond.  My family for instance.  We lived in So Cal for 6 years and have sinced moved North.  We still try our best to camp with the group at least once each year.

Jack,
We live in the Orcutt area and just got a used 04 Fleetwood Tacoma.  We've exercised it a few times.  Didn't have too much experience or documents to help.  It had been a rental.  This forum is a wealth of information.  People are friendly and always want to help.
I know I need to do my bearings and brakes before the end of June.  If you need some help or another set of eyes and arms, send me a note.  I'd be glad to help.
