"Flyfisherman" said he attached a hose from his Mr. Buddy heater to his refillable L/P tanks.  I like this idea.  Where/how did he run the hose into the camper?

I do the same thing. I bought a 12' extension hose on eBay like this one:

I run it through the same hole as my electric cord, from the outside of the camper. In my camper, there is a door into the camper to give access to the back of the water heater. I roll up the excess hose back there and run it into the camper to hook up Mr Buddy, when desired. I simply place the extra propane tank on the ground, in front of the trailer.

For the Mr.Buddy propane fuel hose, I have two ... a five footer and a twelve foot. The five footer I use for the a regular (older model) two burner Coleman cook stove that I set outside on a folding aluminum table, under the awning, right next to the door. This older model Coleman cook stove came with a short connection hose that can be connected to a 16oz disposable cannister tank, or it can be connected to the end of that 5' Mr.Buddy hose. Of course, I connect it to the 5' hose which is then connected to a "tee" coming off an auxilary 20lb L/P tank. That second tank I set under the rear bed and the 5' hose runs right up to the outside table and cook stove, kind of under the outside edge of the popup and almost touching the ground.  The 12' hose is connected to the opposite side of the tee connection and I can slip it right under the canvas right at the rear roof lift; there's a securing piece of velcro located there at the lift and I can undo it, run the hose inside the popup and then re-secure the velcro. With this longer hose I can locate the Buddy heater about where I want it without having the hose in a bind.  In short, I only pull into the camper the amount of hose that will do the job.  It's also possible to connect the front tank and run the hose back into the camper via the front roof lift, again, undoing the velcro and re-securing again.  I should point out that I have a Starcraft and I've forgotten how that would do for the Fleetwood.

Thanks for the suggestions.  I am anxious to see what will work on my pup.

I have 2 tanks of the tongue of my trailer.  If I am using the Buddy Heater I attach the 12 hose to my spare tank and and then run as much hose as I need into the trailer (I bring the hose in through the front bunkend) to the heater.:)
