door is not even

Our camper door when up does not fold up flat to the celing, I can only use one of the plastic knobs to hold it and have to put clear tape to make sure it doesn't fall when camper is going down. When we are setting it up it doesn't seem to be straight. I does fit over the bottom half of the door but not totaly correctly. On the celing the thick plastic piece that hold the top door on seem to be straight, what should I do just take the whole thing off and reinstall, have no idea how to reinstall. Has anyone else had this problem?? or have any suggestions??
