Convert Coleman storage

We are considering buying a 2006 Santa Fe. We owned a Chesapeake for 12 years and really miss our popup camping! One thing I do not like about the Santa Fe is the galley storage: no drawers! Has anyone had any experience converting the under-sink cabinet, which comes with a drop door, into a couple of drawers? Thanks!
