We winterized our fresh water tank and we can't get it to drain completely. We tried opening the drain under the trailer but it still won't drain completely.Anyone have any suggestions? We don't have a water heater, just a water tank.

Is there something plugging it up

Try poking a screw driver in the drain hole and see if you can dislodge anything.

My '96 Coleman/Fleetwood did that a couple of times ... air (vapor?) lock. Either crack the interior valve or losen the line (don't forget to re-tighten) to the  interior hand pump at the sink.

If it's just the last few gallons, try tilting the camper.  The last few times I drained the tank completely, I cranked up the nose jack as gar as it would go in order to drain more of the tank contents.  It probably would have been even more effective if I had jacked up one side of the camper.

If you tow with your drain valve open the last of the antifreeze will drain out.  If you don't want to tow it around, run a few gallons of water into the tank and let it drain out.  Do this several times and you should get all/most of the antifreeze out.  RV antifreeze will not kill you if you drink it.  :)
