Leaving Friday to go camping for the first time this year, only problem weather man is predicting scattered showers and thunder storms all weekend.  I don't care were going anyway.  If its raining when we get there we will not drop the bunks on the hybrid till it stops raining.(advantage of a hybrid ;) )

I've never cancelled because of a forecast.  Forecasts are often wrong, especially more than 12 hours away.

I'm going out for three days next week and if it rains, it rains. Today was supposed to be sunny and clear, it's now raining.

Well the rain held off  till Sunday.  It rained all day Sunday, but we had nice days Friday and Saturday.

The site was one of the most unlevel sites I've ever been on, but all things considered we  enjoyed our selfs.

Metamora South site 106.

Site was supposed to have slight incline,(yea right) didn't have enough wood or blocks to get the off side up enough to get within one bubble.  Front to back was worse but got it close enough, site also was to have lake view, you could see the lake thru the trees and over growth.

LOL, we went there 1 time and swore to not return. We had a real bad site on the lake too. The fire pit was laid out badly. It was 4 ft from the camper, if we weren't there with a group we'd of left and gone to Holly (their worst site is way better than anything at Metamora) Oh and if you fart after 10 the rangers will get you ;)
