I have a '07 Jayco 10Y.  I bought a lightweight breathable cover for it to keep my neighbor's sprinkler water off it.  It is light gray in color.  On the last trip I noticed that the vent's inside trim and screen bracket (cheap plastic) were drooping (melted).  Its been 98+ deg.  I fabbed up my own screen and trim yesterday.  Warranty would cover this, but why replace a POS with another POS?  Repair looks better than stock.  The owners manual does not mention covers.  We are so dry here that water damage is not an issue.  Has anybody seen this before?  We live in northern Utah.

I would have the dealer fix/replace the items.  The reason being, if you fix it Jayco doesn't know there is a problem with the cheap parts and second, you shouldn't have to fix a new trailer.:)
