screen door

OK here goes .we have an 05 rockwood premier.the door is either screen or you slide the the section up to block the screen. well i do not like that the slide up section is not a window.has anyone been sucessful in changing that opaque section to clear plexi-glass.i,d like to look out while the a/c or heat is on.i,m thinking that it can,t be that hard to change out..thanks steve

I had posted this similair ? about a month ago. No real answers. I would think it wouldn't be hard to replace however, that opaque piece is thinner than reg. plexi glass. Will have to ask around at a plexiglass shop here in town. Of course that means I would have to set up the camper again! :yikes:  Maybe it'll wait till we go out again.

Hmmm...our family gets dressed in that part of the camper.  Not sure I want anyone noticing PJay, and for their own protection I don't want them seeing me!  :eyecrazy:

thats funny .we have thought of that and we are going to buy another section of curtain :D


4gnfshn you are right and the thickness of the opaque material is what prompted me to post this idea .i will stop by a plastics business this week.
