New pop-up- Power- Lift

I just purchased a new Starcraft 2409 with a power lift, and when I brought it home too set up the Power lift cable snapped. Has anyone else had this problem,  The dealer fixed the problem, but im wondering if I should of just went with the crank instead. Any information please- Thank-You!!!!

We just put a powerlift on my Palomino and have not had any problems with it.  I love the popwerlift and am so happy with it.  One of the best things I have done to the camper.

I have a power lift on my Rockwood and it works awesome so far.  I've opened it up about ten times.  Hopefully the break was just a fluke.  Good luck!
