Pup camping, that is.

We just got our Pup last summer.  We have camped in it twice.  However, our pup, and our enthusiasm for it, has apparently triggered pup-lust in others.

Exhibit A:

My sister and brother-in-law are now interested in getting one.  Their son is 6, and loves camping with the Cub Scouts, and wants to go camping with us and our boys.

Exhibit B:

My mom wants one.  She wants to come along with us and my sister's family on camping trips, but wants her own space.  She is looking for something small and easy to handle (see my other post the Fixit section on removing bunk ends).

Exhibit C:

Some friends of ours are shopping for one.  We go 4-wheeling with them, and we are all going down to Camp Jeep in VA together this year.  I am helping them shop for a cheap, used pup.  My other post regarding a Coleman Plantation is about their potential purchase.

It is a lot of fun to see others get excited about something you enjoy so much.  We are already booked for two trips this summer (Camp Jeep and Niagara Falls), but there will be plenty more.

I agree with you. My neighbors two houses down came by and looked at ours when I had it set up in front of the house doing some work on it. They are now looking for one of their own. They do a lot of hiking at SP's around the state and would rather camp than stay on motels when they travel any distance. The got really excited when I told them how nice the SP cg's are in AZ.
