I placed an order with PUX Trading Post and it says it shipped out and I have not received it and it's been two plus weeks.....I have tried to find a working email address or phone number and haven't found anything that will work.....Any help you can give me sure would help.......Carol

 A little more info. Please.....  Did you already try their email at customerservice@puxtradingpost.com ("customerservice@puxtradingpost.com") ???

Yes I did try the first eamil address and it would not go through.......However I will try the second one and see what happens......grrrrrrrrrrrrr   Thanks for your help ya know most companies have a better way to get in touch with them.  This has been such a ******* fill in the blank......Hahaaaaa

Kristi,I tried the second address and it seamed to go through......Thanks so very much for your help.......I'm so darn computer dumb.......The first one wouldn't work with my internet program for some reason....It wanted me to switch to something else and I was afraid it would mess everything else up so I didn't change????  I know this isn't much help but as I said before I'm not very computer bright........Let's hope this works.....Thanks again.....carol

I have ordered many things thru PUX and have never had a problem.  You can always go to www.popupexplorer.com and go thru that way.  I am sure there is an address or phone #.

I have looked all over that site for a phone number or anything.....I too have ordered lots of things from them and this is the first time I've had a problem and had to get in touch with them.....Wow this is not an easy thing to do....But hopefully the second email address will get through to them.   I even looked at a old invoice and it didn't have a phone number.....Dumb,Dumb......
they have the little letter icon at the bottom of their site and this is  not working for me and my internet connection.....Now it may be a easy fix but I'm not sure how to do it and I can't explain it to you except for the fact it will not let me send out a email without changing things on my computer??  Sooooooooooo lets hope the email goes through and if anyone can find a phone number Please let me know what it is.............I'll only to glad to be told I'm a dummy and it was right on the site in plain view......Really

The likely reason there is no phone number, is because, my understanding, Dean runs the store himself, just to support PUX. Guess he doesn't want to take an order for zipper lube at 2AM. :D

Stick with it. Dean will make it right.

If you post on the forum, you should also get a response, but it may help to put more than just "help" in your subject line as no one knows what you are referring to.  Some items are not shipped directly by Dean.
 
 Be sure to let Dean know that you had a problem with the primary contact email.  Of course, I'm sure you checked you typed it in correctly.
 
If you look on the home page for the "SERVICES" tab on the left, click there and there is a phone # for Dean.

 Good luck - I'm sure Dean will resolve it.

Wow I knew this site would come through for me......found the number under Services.....I will wait another week and then give Dean a call thanks  Harold PE for the tip.....As I said before I'm very happy to admit to being blind as a bat and a computer dummy.....Hahaaaaaa
