Tow Info Needed

Hey all, I have a friend who tonight just bought a 1983 Coleman Sun Valley. I was telling him that he needs to set up some sway control and brakes on his TV which is a 1985 Bronco (full size) with a 4 speed manual trans and 4.9 straight 6. I have looked all over the web for specs on this Pup but info is limited, however I found that the weight is only 995# dry. I can

Your buddy's Bronco may not even know that little camper is back there.  Sway shouldn't be an issue if the camper is loaded properly, and the hitch is set up so that the trailer sits level when connected and ready to tow.

A truck  of that size and weight pulling such a small trailer doesn't require brakes or sway control.
I tow a 1982 Coleman Sequoia 1800 lbs +/- loaded with a 79 Scout II  w/ 4speed manual tranny in the mountains of Colorado and never felt the need for sway or brakes.
