No worries, Bob, I wasn't confused at all; nope, not in the least little bit. I have told the birthday boy repeatedly that once he gets a $1 million life insurance policy so that when (not if) the person in the car talking on his cell phone/putting on her makeup/yelling at the kids/rushing to get somewhere, etc., who doesn't see him on his new motorcycle hits him and kills him, I and my young son won't lose the house and everything we've worked hard for all our lives, then he can go on down to the Harley dealership and pick out whatever he wants.
 
Until then though, No Tickee, No Washee.

A good buddy of mine has been riding both recreational and professional all his life. He was involved in a horrible accident about 4 weeks ago. He could have died.

His Harley fell over on him in the garage and pinned him underneath. It broke his leg in 3 places and he was trapped. Had to have a bolt run down his femur, from top to bottom. Not a pretty sight....

Anyway, if you take out insurance on Dave, let me know. Make the policy for $2M, name me co-beneficiary and I'll pay 60% of the premium. The only condition is that he has to ride a minimum of 100 miles a week. Oh ya....this is Dave we're talking about......make it 50 miles a month. :p

Had the neighbors not heard his (very loud) screams), he'd still be there.


BTW.....that story is 100% true.

Randy and the boys have dirt bikes but after last weekends excitement out in the desert I am a little nervous about those too.
