Jacksonville, FL was $3.57 yesterday.  Son needed gas this morning and saw it for $3.99 and ended up paying $3.67 up the road.  2 other stations near where he got gas were out of regular unleaded.

Some stations are limiting folks to 10 gallons, does a lot of good right off I-95:eyecrazy:.

During Fay when we were flooded you could get gas anywhere.

Drill Here, Drill Now, Pay Less!

Gas keeps dropping here in AZ. I saw it for 3.35 today but most places are around 3.41.

It was $3.53 when I left Thursday to go camping.  It is now $4.29, and many stations in my area are out of gas.  So, yeah, I would call that a gas panic.

The panic was bad here last Friday a week ago, but is ok now.  We are paying 3.87 currently.  I see over the course of the last week most places have gas again.  Gas Prices got as high as 5.49 for a short time.  November should be a foregone conclusion, but it seems that everyone has forgotten where we are in the world.  We have a one time opportunity to change things for the better.  Hint it's not the guy who is running on empty promises of hope and change.  Vote for the guy who knows what he's doing, and has good taste in running mates.

I sure wish I could figure out how middle Tennessee is apparently the only place still indirectly affected by the gas shortages caused by Ike and/or the hysteria.  Reportedly, all other major cities in Tennessee have gas.  Nashville was 85% out on Friday.  Reports yesterday claimed that number had dropped to 60% out.  When stations get deliveries the gas is gone within a few short hours.  We stayed home yesterday to conserve gas.  Today we did drive to the Titans game (30 miles - round trip) and passed numerous gas stations on the way.  ONE station had gas.  ONE!  The rest - nada.  The price at that station was $3.99 and based on the cars in line, I would estimate an hour long wait to get to the pumps.
