Replacement Water Tank

I need a new water tank. Any ideas on were the best place to get one is?

Where is the present water tank located?

Under the floor, above the axle.
Its 3" deep then steps up to 3 3/4" then finally to 6" deep.
27" by 45" overall and hold 20 gallons
it has Elk Plastic 221w stamped on it.
