At the end of our last camping trip our inside lights went dead. We were plugged into the campground system and was told that would keep us set.  It was suggested that I look at our converter to see if we blew a fuse...but being new to this....wanted to ask someone first.

Any assistance is appreciated. We have a 2008 Jayco J-Series with an Elixir Power Converter/Charger.

Thanks.

There are three things to check.

First is the fuses by the converter.

Second you should have a switch either under the gallery or by the bunk end that only allows the lights to be on while the top or galley is up.  That switch might be defective

Third, there is a connector that is on the out side of the PUP that runs from the box to the roof.  The male / female parts or wires may have be separated.

Hope this helps.

Mike,  Thanks for asking and I'm doing OK.  No major side effects of the chemo except that frequently  I need a transfusion of blood and platelets. I think I'm getting to the point of knowing when I need a transfusion and just going into the hospital and asking for a refill  :-()

Take care.
