stove vent flap

Our stove vent flap on the outside broke off while we were bouncing down the interstate. It's a junky piece of plastic anyway. Apparently this happens pretty often, even when you ensure the flap has those little tabs slid over it to keep it closed. I know ours were in place for proper travel, and it still blew/broke off.

Instead of buying another piece of cheap plastic (if you can find the part), a friend of mine on another RV board has made a bunch of them. I got mine in the mail today and it fits well. If you need one, email me at crockettlarry at gmail dot com, and I'll forward to him. His price is $20 but that includes shipping and everything. This one won't break...it is metal.
