Sink and water issues???

We can't locate an owners manual for our '79 Bethany so DH isn't sure how the water system works.  Truth is he doesn't have much experience with these sort of things...... anyway he asked me to find him something that will help him figure out how this all works.

Anyway it is an old system, 1979.  But everything I've seen looks to be in pretty good shape... he said the sink handle maybe need to be replaced?  Any pointers or links to general manuals on how the water system works.

We need it for the inside sink and outside spout.  

There is no inside toilet so the plan is to use those outside spouts to use a shower tent.

Here is a pic of that outside hook-up............ do you hook a hose to this?  I haven't a clue???

Hard to tell from the pic but 1 should be a fill for the fresh water tank and 1 for city water hookup ( pressure ) as this dosent require the tank, there is normally a check valve to prevent back flow into the tank.
