Received my cable from the wonderful people at Goshen stamping....$28.20 COD. Mental note the UPS man in brown doesnt take CASH...So first thing yesterday morning i jacked up the pup , jack stands in 4 corners. Safety first! ok crawl under and have a look. Call goshen and get a quick run down on how the cable is supposed to go.(Very helpful and friendly)

Undo the screws at end of the master tube (4) undid the screws on each spring tube that attaches to the underside of pup, (4..2 broke off when undoing)
Undo the clamps that hold spring tubes up....pulled the springs out from the inside where it goes to the lift arms, then started to pull the spring from inside master tube. It came out pretty easy...had a look how the cable went....pulled the old broken cable out...and laid the new one in place....fed the cable through the pulley...through the top of master tube around the last three pulleys and went to winch assembly. All very easy and self explanitory.....

Well i was very happy with how well it all went....made call to goshen again as i had questions on the winch....he told me how to wrap cable under pin on front, around the main body , threw the hole inside of wheel, around the side center point and up to cable keeper......Well that was quite a chore....after spending several hours attempting this manuver....a friend said to just go threw the hole and around both of the cable keeper sections....it was done. Not a fun job in the cramped cubby hole.....greased the master tube ...siliconed the upright lift tubes....and started to crank...up it went...Yippy!!!!! I got it all set up and every thing seems good....noticed a couple things that i need to check but all in all its up and seems fine...On to the next job...ceiling repair.....Hope this helps anyone that needs to do this job.....
