A leaf spring broke on my Starcraft some time back (which Dexter replaced at no charge) and we were  over a hundred miles from home. I called Starcraft and they directed me to the nearest Starcraft dealer (plus called them for me, too) and as it so happened that dealer did not perform that kind of maintenance. Instead they directed me right around the corner to an rv repair facility that handled anything from a motor home to a TT to a popup. They then contacted Starcraft and Dexter axle for the details in warranty work. And treated me and performed thier duties top knotch.
