how to pull furnace out

well the board checked out ok.....now i need to test power in to furnace/motor. Any recommendations on how to pull the furnace out, there is two screws in front to hold to cabinets...then i assume i need to undo gas line....any thing else ?

Motor seems to be running slowwww!

Before you pull it, try checking the supply voltage "up stream," like right at your battery.  You may not have a furnace problem.  You might have a voltage supply problem from a dead battery.

Otherwise, my Duo-Therm furnace is really tough to get out.  It's the 2 screws (or however many) at the front, then the gas line, then the voltage, ground, and thermostat wires, and then at the rear it is pressed onto the exhaust/intake port sleeve.  It's a very tight press, and the furnace is tin housing with thin steel strap metal supports.  If you tug or force, you're going to destroy it, as if you were trying to pull on a beer can.

That's why I'm suggesting you spend some time and try to diagnose your way around the furnace, and save yourself and it.

when i checked it at cg....charged battery fully yesterday and will try again today(if its not raining)  Called atwood and they said it was easy to pull out! So will see.
