I use to have one of those Coleman Ovens that set on top of the burner. When not in use it folded up and you tucked it away. But I've been given over to a cast iron dutch oven that uses either hard wood coals or charcoal. It has taken some time to become familar with dutch oven cooking so if I'm going to bake anything, it's usually in the D.O. ~ gave the old Coleman folding "tin oven" away some time back.

But in using that fold-up, stove top oven, I found that the inside/outside (low pressure) cook stove that came with the camper not adequate to getting the oven temp over 250 degrees. However, have one of those two burner Coleman propane camp stoves that I use outdoors (the original camper stove stays inside), that uses the 12 oz disposable tanks or can be hooked directly to the main camper L/P tank and that bugger would put the oven up to 450 degrees in short order!

Fly

I'm with Fly on this one. We still have our Coleman folding oven and use it quite often. May be a little small for a pizza though. I used to also bring along my brinkman smoker and bake a pizza on it. A smoked pizza is mighty tasty.

I have used the RVQue to bake birthday cakes, baked squash, and biscuits.  Just preheat, turn the heat down to half way, or use an oven thermometer to guage the heat.  Remove the top shelf to allow more room for the baking pan.

We've used the coleman collapsabe oven, but there are several problems with it. One is the seams need to be cover with foil to keep the heat up and you really need another thermometer other than the one that comes with it. 8 out of 10 are at least 50 degrees off.
Another option for a stove/grill top oven is from Foxhill
It's basically the same shape as the Coleman but doesn't fold up. If you've got the storage room JMHO it's a better option.

Hoagie

Here's another option for a lightweight disposable oven. However, it uses charcoal instead of propane.

My sister uses a cardboard box oven almost every camping trip to bake things from scratch. I've had bisquits, chocolate chip cookies, brownies, cake and other items from these ovens. Should be a snap to reheat pizza in one of these.

Just do a search with Google for
"cardboard box oven" and take a look at some of the directions.

One of the best things about it:  When you are done with it you can toss the whole oven in the recycle bin.

Being a retired Girl Scout leader we have baked everything from a turkey to pumpkin pie in a box oven.....Lots of fun the girls really loved it.
I also used the Coleman stove top oven and have had good luck with it too.  Baked a birthday cake and muffins etc. only thing as stated before it is very little but gets the job done.

thank you all for your replies ......I camp for 3-4 days by myself while hunt/fish....baking something is not on my list....i bring pre cooked food, chilled or frozen, kept on ice till meal time...meatloaf, baked ziti, bbq chicken, goulash, and even 1/2 of a pizza...somethings i can re-heat in a pot, but most really would be better off in some type of oven [cheap & small]....i have been using a foil covered fry pan to re-heat, and it works , but you must watch it closely, and keep putting it on and off the heat.....i'll experiment and be be back in touch.....

I have used the Coleman folding oven for years now and it does a fairly good job of baking things but I found I have to keep an eye on it a bit. Like others have said the thermometer on the door of it is not very accurate. I have baked lots of cookies in it and it does a great job, again you have to keep an eye on it. I have made pizza in it many times. I buy the smaller size ones and they fit in the oven just fine. What I done when I bought mine was to email Coleman and ask about an additional rack for it. If I remember right it cost me only $5.00 for one at the time. I have two small pizza pans I use to bake most things on and it works out great for the wife and I because we can both have a small pizza at the same time. Also I do two pans of cookies at the same time. I have also baked biscuits and other items in it also. The oven gets used on at least every other camping trip.

About a year ago I became interested in Dutch Ovens.  You can not only reheat, but also bake a fresh pizza in a DO.

Camp Chef makes a unique DO called The Ultimate Dutch Oven.  It's actually designed to be used over a stove burner.  You can bake and reheat in it very conveniently.

experimented this past week end.....the easiest and the less clean up way of re-heating food,is to use a heavy ,teflon coated fry pan...place food in pan, cover w/tinfoil,and place on low flame....after a short while ,remove from flame and let the heat spread thru the food...repeat this so nothing burns....10 min of this ''on and off '' cycle warms most stuff    ''hot''....it helps to remove the food from the cooler earlier, to take the chill out of it..... i camp alone so i can eat right out of the pan...a few swipes w/ paper towels and the pan is ready for a quick and easy wash........
