Does anyone know if the sinks in a 1999 Coleman Grand Tour camper are 2 or 3 holes?  Part two of my question is can you drill a 3rd hole in a camper sink and not mess up the sink and if so what would be the best way to do it?

According to the parts list the sink diagram does not show;  but the water system diagram shows only two faucet connections so I would say two holes only.

Thanks Mike.  So how do you go about drilling a hold in an "enamel" sink, with out messing up the sink?

I would think diamond or some other type of abrasive hole saw to go through the enamel, followed by a bi-metal hole saw to go through the steel. The enamel bit should be a little larger so that the bi-metal doesn't chip the edge of the enamel. Pad and tape the entire area so that a slip of the abrasive bit doesn't scratch anything. Also use a very slow speed for the first cut and use some type of lube - coolant on both cuts.Thats my thoughts lets see what some of the super modders have to say. :usflag:

I already did the drilling.  I taped the sink with clear duct tape then drilled a pilot hole for each hole.  I then drilled the bigger holes, which over laped.  Then I used a dremel tool to smooth out the edges.  It worked out very well.  :)
