Hi. The roof vent on my Pup leaks and drips from the fan motor. The fan does not work and I never open the vent. I tried putting alot of silicone caulk under the cover then closed it tight, then caulked around it. Is there anthing I could cover it with then seal around it? I also resealed the entire roof so have no other leaks. Thanks

Since you have re-sealed the roof/vent seams (and assuming you did that correctly), could it the vent cover itself? Also, what is the problem with thefan, can that be repaired/replaced?

You might check out an entire roof vent cover ~

If your vent cover (skylight) isn't cracked or leaking from around the rivet holes,
you probably need to remove all the caulking from around the roof vent, and start fresh.  If your roof has a seam down the middle covered by a piece of trim, that's also a good leak source.
