On our last camping trip the pilot light on Dometic refrigerator went out twice.  Unfortunately I figured this out every time I pulled something warm out of the fridge.  We would light it again and would seem ok until the next day, when we discovered it went out again.  Lit it again and it was fine until we left.  I know I had plenty of propane because the tank gauge said 3/4 full and the stove ran just fine, no problems.  Any thoughts?  Meals get a bit thin when you finish your trip out of the snack bin, lol.  Thanks for any help!

Check propane pressure using a manometer.  Pressure needs to be 11" water column.

Clean the propane jet and burner tube using Dometic's recommended method.

Clean the chimney over the burner and the air supply pipe, and the cross-over pipe to make sure they aren't partially blocked by cobwebs and other stuff.

If that side of the camper was into the wind, that can also cause the pilot to blow out.  The solution here is probably to come up with a metal shield that stands off the side of the upper set of louvers a few inches, so you still get proper heat venting from them, but they aren't getting blown down into.
