Help! My door side front corner has become soft and loose.

I have a 1995 palimino filly that the front corner has become soft and loose.  Can anyone tell me or post some pics of what it looks like under the outer shell so i know what i am in for when I go to take it appart.

chances are it is a luan/plywood/styrofoam combination......  sounds like you are going to need to repair the seam edges as well and re seal them....

When you pull it apart you might be able to see where water came in and rotted the core. Regardless of what is in there now, I suggest you use some marine grade plywood of a similar thickness to repair it. Use waterproof construction glue to piece in a plywood filler that you have cut to fit, then re-caulk and re-assemble.
