Had a blow out on a trip last weekend and need to find a replacement for the tires.  Anyone have a recommendation on what would be a good set to get?

The stock tires are Loadstar 205/75/14 bias ply tires, should I stick with bias or is there any problem with going radial?

thanks!

I would just suggest you stick with a known brand name, and buy the best load rating you can (nothing lower than your current set, or what your owner's manual calls for).

I'm not sure that it matters if they are radial or bias-ply.

I replaced my Loadstar's with radial loadstar's. I got mine from king84 Shipped to my door, great service. If you don't see what you need, just send them an email and he they will help you out.

Get your tires at a shop that does a lot of business with trailers.  Your more likely to get a fresh set.  Ask what the manufactured date of the tires are before they put them on.

Radial tires have a little higher load rating. That's what my TrailManor came with and I just replaced the 7 year old tires a few months ago. They were still in good condition, just too old. TrailManors are famous for having blow-outs for some reason .

What area do you live in??
