Yes, the battery tender will work. It's best to disconnect the battery and keep it full of distilled water and clean the top (dirt & moisture will conduct electricity from post to post). If you have a "Smart Charger" you can just charge it once a month.

Use your onboard power center to charge the battery, a Tender device works.

Fully charge before each trip.
Fully charge after each trip
Disconnect battery from aliner between trips to avoid parasite loads (propane dector etc) from discharging battery (consider disconnect switch).
Monthly full charge when aliner not in regulaer use.
Regular battery maitanence (check electrolyte, keep clean, ...)
