YIKES! My sink leaks

My sink leaks every time we try to use it.  When the sink is upright the flexible tubing is level for a while after a bend in the plumbing.  I've wiggled the hose but the problem is always the same.  The water backs up to the point where the flexible tubing is clamped onto the bottom of sink.  Is this just a major design flaw of these things or do I need to drill a hole in the bottom of the camper?

Ideas please :)

The water should not back up in the hose, and the point the hose is connected to the sink should not leak, even if it does back up.

Does your camper have a built-in wastewater storage, or do you use an external tank?

I don't believe either one.  I have a fresh water storage tank but nothing beyone that for storing gray water

Are you using a sewer connection, or letting it run onto the ground?
