I am selling my 04 Sequoia.

The Good:
Its loaded...2 king beds, reg. height counters, range/oven, microwave, 3 way fridge, hard sided shower/toilet, awning...
Its very nice and roomy.

The Bad:
1. some cosmetic (surface) water damage, essentially some "ugly spots" on the outer skin. We have had it 3+ years with no issues
2. the A/C quit working this summer while on a trip. I have not had it looked at nor have I tried it again since. It may be a simple fix or need to be replaced (which means removing 4 screws and putting the new one in at around $300-400)
3. the stereo wont play CD's...the ipod connection and radio/speakers (we use XM with it) work fine.

This has been a great trailer for us. I have been transfered and will not have a place to store it. Its outside Ft Davis, TX. I can possibly deliver in TX or NM (within reason- for some gas money). FIRST $4950 gets it (FIRM).

talk to me people...31 views and no interest...is it the price or what?? I thought it was priced right based on the "problems vs. the year/ make/ and model".

I love it!!  Now if you would throw in a TV so we can tow it, I'll take it.  Its too heavy for our TV.

Good luck.

I think the price is right in there. If I was in the market, I'd be all over it. Cosmetic issues? It doesn't sound like it's a major problem. No..... I think the problem is the state of the economy. I do have a friend that's thinking about getting up off the ground and is looking to get into a PUP. With the holidays upon us, he's got to wait a bit.
Hang in there, I suspect you'll get some action, but maybe not until after the 1st of the year. BTW - I did send my buddy your listing, so you just might hear from him.
I've been scouting out Craigslist and have noticed that there just aren't very many listings, and what is listed is not moving too well. So, if Craigslist is any indication, it'll take a little while to move. But, HANG IN THERE :sombraro: Be patient. It'll sell eventually.

Happy Thanksgiving!!!
