Hello everyone!

We went on a nice trip to nowhere this past week, basically we made a big circle lol.  We left home and headed up to the Finger Lakes region in NY for a day, and then swung south off of Rt.17 / I-86 onto Rt.15 into PA.  What a beautiful new road!  I think it's my new favorite highway.  What scenic views!  We then saw that the KOA in Williamsport, PA had a "buy one night get the next free" deal going on till May, so we ended up there for four days.  The owners are very involved in making sure that their campers are happy.  They have a small petting zoo with goats, chickens, bunny, etc. and a nice pond with tons of fish (catch & release).  The weather until the last day was perfect.  Close to 80's in the day and 50's at night.  All in all it was a nice unexpected find - we had a nice shaded site that was almost level with gravel.

It was fun having no schedule and just winging it, ending up where ever we felt like!

Rick you should have given me a call.  That campground is only 15 or 20 minutes from my house.  I am glad you had a nice trip.  I agree with you about RT 15 being a great road where it is done, well done for now.  If I had know you were going to be on it, I would have recommended that you eat at Frey Brothers Turkey Ranch.  It is at the top of the mountain were the construction is.:)

You guys are living the life, eh? Going where the wind takes you. Love it. SO happy your family is getting to enjoy camping under WARM and SUNNY conditions - remember the days of opening North South Lake in the freezing cold... Building memories. Priceless.

I'm heading to FL soon to help with my mom but when I return I hope to follow in your footsteps and get out and camp in some warm and sunny weather. A girl can hope....
