RE: Gray water law in VA?

I believe this was answered on the old boards --sometimes rathered heatedly.  But I have forgotten the answer.  What is the gray water law in Virginia?  In Michigan, so long as we are at least 100 feet away from streams, rivers, lakes, etc. we are allowed to drain our gray water onto the ground.  Does VA differ from Mich.?  Simple  non-flaming  answers, please[]
