 They have been after me for a couple years, How many of you all are members of this?

 MtnCamperMy husband is and I sign up each year for him. It is about 12 dollars and we always ask when making reservations anywhere if they accept AARP and most do. So you get the added discount. That is about all we use it for but they do send you some interesting publications for free.

 MtnCamperI joined when I hit 50. (That seems to be their definition of " senior citizen age" ) The magazine is a good read and between them and AAA we seem to always be able to get a discount most anywhere.

 MtnCamperRaymond has been a member (I am an associate member) since right after we met (he turned 50 shortly after we met), we have our car, collision on the camper and homeowners through them, great rates and some discounts on motels and some campgrounds.  The AARP AMMOCO Motor club does not do trailer towing, we went with good Sam for a good rate for vehicles and trailer.

 MtnCamperI ve been a member for a few years now, and have noticed that we can get some pretty good discounts on rooms and lodging, and the mag, as others have said, has some good content.  I don t use their insurance, because my own is comparable, and I was disappointed to find that the health insurance is only for those who do not have any other insurance.  It s not something I could use to supplement my own coverage.  But, for $12 a year, I ll certainly keep it.

 MtnCamperWe joined a short while back, and so far I think it s worth it!! I joined for 3 years, so I hope to get a lot of use out of it![;)]  I m not over 50, just my birth certificate is!! [&:][8D]

 MtnCamperWe re members, we pay the $29.50 for a 3 year membership. The magazine is worth the price of membership. There s all sorts of useful information in it.

 MtnCamperMy wife faithfully sends her $12.00 every year, reads the mag and tells me if anything in there I need to read.  Guess it s worth it.  Keeps her happy! [:)]
