I think that is the right term?  We re planning our summer vacation which includes two days of a lot of driving.  We were thinking that it may be easier, and cheaper, to just sleep at a Wal-mart or something the one night?  With the hybrid this is very doable but I m not sure how compfortable, in a safety way, it will be.  Any suggestions or thoughts?  FYI, we are planning on doing this through Quebec Canada.

fivegonefishingSafety is the only concern I would have.  At least with our hybrid we can set out the bunks while still hitched as long as things were level it wouldn t be an issue.  Do check ahead as many communities are banning the Wal-Mart boondocking.  There are some good websites on proper behavior while boon docking, but I don t have them marked.

fivegonefishingwe dry camp with our hybrid, never done a Walmart stop over, most aren t allowing it anymore. but if you have too, and you can fit on the couch and dinnett table bed, go for it, just check the towns you are planning on staying in, Walmart has it on there site, which ones allow it and which don t. Also the Flying J rest stops allow it,  we use state parks, along the way, they are normally 10.00 a night and you have a place to dump your waste and garbage.
