 Hi everbody-
Took the Jayco 21 C for 1st camping experience this last weekend. Saturday night
became very exciting.  We had a tornado within a couple of miles of the State Park (Govenor Dodge) and we had the most intense rain/thunder/lightening that I ve seen.  The trailer was extremely stable and there were no leaks.  When I was
putting everything together for the trip home (really is about 15 minutes except for getting the carpeting up out of the new mud), I saw that the access panel was loose on the refrigerator.  I pushed it closed (it isn t hinged, just friction catches and locator tabs on bottom )and drove home.  At home I saw that
the panel was missing.  The winds coming home were gusting at 20 + miles/hr.
I called the dealer about this but I m not really sure if it is his liability or mine.
 Appreciate your input.
 Thanks,

Y-Guy

Peter and SueDid they take care of you or did it end up costing you?  I know on our 23D getting those catches to rotate and lock it a lot harder than on my Niagara.  I wish they had a better method of locking them in place that was quick but secure too.

Peter and SueWe lost the the fridge cover also - who did forget to latch it tightly ??? - Anyway when we got a new one I drilled 2 small holes in the bottom of the frame and 2 in the new cover and used long plastic covered twist-ties to attach the cover to the frame. The ties are long enough for the cover to hang down for access. Twice we ve seen it flapping in the wind, but it is still there.
