As you all can probably tell from my other messages on the board...I like to eat better camping than I would at home.  We make comefort food when we are roughing it [:)]
This is super satisfying but needs to have some side dishes with it so it does not over power you!

 Serves : 4
 Prep. Time : 15-20 min
 1 pound spaghetti (pasta)
 1 cup butter
3/4 pound myzithra cheese (will also work with Parmesan cheese)

 Directions
-Cook pasta in large pot of salted, boiling water until al dente (al dente means pasta is done yet firm) then drain.

-When pasta is almost done, start slowly melting butter over medium heat until golden-light-brown. Skim butter solids off top...
**MAKE SURE to keep an eye on the butter and as it cooks it will start to brown lightly and it is ready!**

-Toss pasta with butter. Sprinkle with cheese to taste. (You can also substitute parmesan cheese or mix half and half)

Serve with A fresh Salad and French Bread or Garlic Bread and enjoy!

What is myzithra cheese?  I am a cheese lover, but this one is new to me.

AustinBostonmyzithra is a hard Greek cheese for grating.  it has a milder taste than parmesan.  and it is awesome on pasta! it can also be soft for slicing.

you can also brown it in olive oil.
