OC Campers

SactoCampersHmmm.. that could take some thinking.  I don t know a lot of the area but will keep my eyes open.  I think a giant combined rally would be great!!

SactoCampersNot thinking today. All day it s been one brain fart after another. If I could only get manufacturing to read what our customers want. Actually, I liked the 49er Village.

 SactoCampersHey everyone,

The 2004 NNC-SCC Rally is starting to take shape.  Nothing has been definitely decided yet, but it looks like it could be June 18-20 at Pismo Coast Village RV Resort.  Click on Sacto s link above to read and participate in the discussion! [:D]

OC Campers

SactoCampersThat sounds like a great middle of the state meeting place.

SactoCampersSCampers, just a heads up that the Pismo Coast RV place has been decided upon, final weekend of June.  (Sooooo much closer for us than the Gold Rush Rally!)  40 sites were mentioned.  It has its own board(s) in the Rally section, if anyone here is interested.

We went to Lopez in June after getting blown out of Jalama.  It was hot and very little green, and the lake smelled so much the kids wouldn t go in past their feet.  It seemed like a bit of a " party"  camp, judging by those around us.  On the plus side, there is a small, inexpensive water park within the CG and groceries and stuff nearby.  We also had deer and afamily of skunks [:o] go near our site.  If you had a boat and/or jetski or something, it would be a better place to camp than it was for us landlubbers.

SactoCampersthat s a bummer about Lopez..it was so great for swimming, fishing, and sliding down hills on cardboard boxes. As I said I haven t been there in years (about 20)
