 Congrats to you both.  Hope the move will be easy.  At least you won t have to worry about owning two houses.[]  Your timing was just right.  And, with interest rates lower than in 40 years, it s a great time to invest in real estate.  (Money isn t making much interest in the bank but real estate is a great investment.)
 
 As for Minnesota, y all don t want a tape on " How to Speak Minnesotan?"  do you?  (Anyone who is now laughing is a giveaway that you heard the tape.)  I ll keep an eye out for your answer.  LOL!
