I saw a camper the other night, it looked to be about a 10 or 12 foot box, with 6 foot sides. Has to be an expandable, but never seen one like it in these parts. It was going (with TV) 75 mph the other direction from me, so I couldn t see the name quick enough. Thoughts?
It looked too short for a Trail Manor, at least what I had pictured.....

I saw a Trail Manor at NY while camping,  the thing was HUGE !!! I mean humongous, 26  or so, and as high as the Astro van towing it.  It must be spacious inside, oh wait, the beds take space, pity [;)]

I don t think the Hi-Lo trailers are that tall.

MtnCamperDid you see any windows, or was the sidewall solid?  What color was it?
I know the new Coleman Highlander was in the area, the guys at Loveland RV told me they had attended a product introduction the other day.  The other possiblility is it was a Base Camp RV.

basecamprvHey, Basecamp! Good to see you, and Welcome to PUT. You ve obviously taken the time and effort to design a quality pop-up. Do you have any plans to participate in RV shows out here in California? I d love to see one of youir trailers in person.

Of course, you d always be welcome at a Nick-Neff-Cough/PUT Rally. You could be our first " Manufacturer Member" . [;)]

I don t remember any windows..... But we were going in oposite directions. I m familiar with the basecamp, and it was too high for a highlander. Not a hi-lo for sure. I guess if I see it again, I ll chase it down![;)]

Thanks for the welcome Ad Diver.[:)]  As a camping enthusiast I enjoy talking with and listening to people who also enjoy camping.  Dave suggested I use basecamprv as my ID, but I don?t want to wear-out my welcome by talking too much business.  Dave also suggested a thread or even a forum that clearly indicates that we are talking business would be of interest.  I guess we?ll just see how it goes.

 Mean while . . .

MtnCamper, Over the last couple of weeks I have seen some amazing trailers and campers traveling I-25.  My best guess is it is people traveling to and from the Sturgus Bike Rally.  Not that I?m crazy ? but I would almost consider going up into that zany place just to ask people where they got their campers and custom trailers ? just for fun.[8D]

MtnCamperbasecamp, I have checked out your camper pretty well. Nice rig, The more I think of it, I thing this was a toyhauler/camper. It was probably coming back from Sturgis. But the right size for a couple fold up bunks,  and space for a bike or two.

By the way I seen your camper at Bob Scott s RV.
