RE: Back from east coast & still wet !!!

Well we are back from the east coast ( as far as P.E.I.)
 We had lots of rain & then get home to find the basement under water .[]
 A water pipe broke some time while we were away.
 At least I can still get to the computer for now.[]
 Had an emergency team in last night from 11pm till 2am to remove the rugs & start to dry things out.

Well, I don t know what you re referring to when you say " east coast"  but if it s anywhere near New Jersey then I can sympathize with you. For the past 2 weeks we have been getting hammered by storms of biblical proportions. It s not uncommon to get 2 inches of rain in 1 hour! And those kinds of storms have happened more then once a day on a couple of occasions. It s been brutal...
 
 And then you come home and find a flooded basement. Geez, you sound like you have the type of luck that I do. []
