 We re off in about an hour and I can t wait! Nasty looking sky here in Northern Virginia this morning, but weather report for Bassett says sunny and cool!!!

 Actually, it s one of the best campgrounds I ve ever been to, and it s been improved a great deal since my first visit there, I was very impressed with the re-modeling they did last year.  I went around Loop-C and took pictures of nearly every campsite, and will update my review page with these new pictures during the off season. It s hard to find lake-front campsites as nice as they are!!!
 
 Was very glad to meet you both (and the dog)! I hope the sign holds up, the original one I had was sealed with polyeurothane, but it formed a huge crack after getting wet. The one I gave to you is sealed with a water based poly-acrylic goo, and hopefully will hold up better to the weather!
 
 And please consider meeting with us at Pocahontas SP in the spring, details are posted on the Virginia Camping Clubs section...

Thanks! I ll have to talk to Bill about Easter weekend. That s usually a big family time for us, but hey, if I get out of cooking for the gang for a change, it might be a good thing!  LOL  
 
 
 Yep, we took lots of pics there too.  Also took several of other parks.  Once my son gets home from school this winter...if he graduates in December, I m going to have him help me with a web site. We have lots of pics of different campgrounds we ve either stayed at  or just driven through.
