Chalet & Aliner owners

Please tell me about the setup of your units.  Just how long does it take?  Is it easy to do?  Do you have to stand on a ladder?  If anyone is an owner or has had experience in setup or has seens the setup, please reply.

I was going to watch a friend set up their unit and I missed it. While I hooked up my water hose they set up their Aliner.  It took less than a minute.  That didn't include hooking up the water and electricity.

We have a brand new Chalet-Have not had a chance to camp anywhere but our driveway,yet.It is very easy to pop up.It takes me less than a minute.I can easily do it myself,but it does go a little easier with my wife's assistance.I dont need to use a ladder.A very small stool might be useful to reach some interior componets, if you are shorter than me(5'-10").We love our new A-frame pop-up.By the way,there was a Pop Up Times pamphlet included with the owners manual that the dealer provided.
